The Curriculum of 3D Animation, Games and Interactive Environments Cycle is structured into 2,000 hours and divided into 2 courses.

The 2-year study plan with 2,000 hours incorporates 370 hours of Workplace Training in the 2nd year. This training can also be combined with the HND in Creative Media Production by taking two additional optional subjects per year and obtaining an additional British University Degree of extraordinary value that will provide you with knowledge of Game Design and Production. Additionally, by studying the Vocational Training Cycle together with the HND, you can access the University Degree in Game Design and Development and complete it in just two more years.

During the first course you will learn in a hands-on, practical way, and with no prior knowledge, the basics of artistic drawing, which will help you to continue with the course in digital drawing, and apply this knowledge to two-dimensional animation.

You will also begin to work with a 3D environment, doing modelling, texturing and animation. Finally, you will learn the basics of programming, making 2 video games during the course.

In addition, you will start your professional insertion by creating your own portfolio. A necessary tool for demonstrating your work to any company.

Furthermore, over 70 UK organizations and professional bodies recognize HNDs for membership affiliation. In an increasingly competitive global job market, an HND will help you stand out from the rest.

Progression to university studies – 95% of higher education institutions in the UK accept students with HNDs to complete a degree. Nearly 300 universities worldwide, including many in the international Top 100 ranking of The Times newspaper, accept HND students in advanced courses.

The HND (Higher National Diploma) is an official qualification belonging to the British university education system and internationally recognized, equivalent to 120 ECTS (European Credit Transfer System) credits, which is equivalent to two years of our University Degrees.

This additional training is taught in parallel with the two years of the corresponding Vocational Training Cycle, with a workload of 30 ECTS, distributed as 15 ECTS in the first year and 15 ECTS in the second year. HNDs are level 5 qualifications within the British Qualifications and Credit Framework (QCF) framework (www.accreditedqualifications.org.uk).
