Scholarships and study grants for UDIT students are an essential instrument of excellence and social cohesion for our Institution. It is a sign of identity of what the school wants to be and how it wants to collaborate with society.
UDIT’s permanent commitment to the university community in general, and to its students and families in particular, takes the form of grants and study aids, which are awarded on an annual basis and are limited in scope depending on the academic and budgetary circumstances of each academic year.

The registration fee includes school insurance, to be paid for each course.
The registration fee is €1,950.
New students must make the following payments:
- 1st payment: €1,200 as a reservation fee, deductible from the registration fee. Payment of the reservation fee guarantees your place for the next course.
- 2nd payment: In July: €500 Registration Fee + €750 rest of the registration fee.(first year only)
The tuition fee for the 1st year (€156 x 60 ECTS credits = €9,360) can be paid in a single payment, applying a 3% discount (€9,079), or in 10 monthly instalments from September to June (€936), with the due date for payment being the 5th of each month.
The tuition fee for a bilingual 1st year degree (€166 x 60 ECTS credits = €9,960) can be paid in a single payment, applying a 3% discount (€9,661), or in 10 monthly instalments from September to June (€996), with the due date for payment being the 5th of each month.
01. UDIT Scholarships
Young Creators Scholarships (up to 40%)
UDIT wants to reward your creativity and talent. For this reason, we are organising the 16th edition of the Young Creators Scholarships, with the aim of supporting and offering a magnificent opportunity for young people with great potential to access one of the university degrees that we offer at the Madrid Campus.
These grants aim to promote the talent of new students in the 2023/24 academic year in the following degrees: Fashion Design, Interior Design, Multimedia and Graphic Design, Product Design, Video Game Design and Development, Fashion Management and Communication, Audiovisual Design and Illustration or Animation
Candidates wishing to participate must submit a creative project that meets the requirements stipulated in the conditions of the scholarship
The best projects will be awarded 30 scholarships: study grants consisting of 40%, 30%, 25%, 15% and 10% of the total credits enrolled. The Jury will be in charge of awarding the amount of the grant according to the quality and work of the work presented. In addition, it may propose to the centre’s management not to award any of the grants if the quality of the works submitted does not meet the level or conditions required in the rules. The winners will be published on the official UDIT website.
Scholarships and Grants Bases100% Academic Excellence Scholarships
The University Foundation of Design and Business, UDIT, is offering 8 scholarships of 100% of the teaching fees at UDIT, one for each of its degrees, for candidates who present an exceptional academic performance. The three best academic records received according to the baccalaureate grades and the EVAU card will be invited by the Scholarship Committee to a face-to-face or online interview. Scholarships and Grants BasesAcademic Excellence Scholarships (up to 25%)
The Academic Excellence Scholarships are aimed at new students enrolled in one of the Bachelor’s Degrees, with excellent academic achievement. The grants may be applied for by incoming students who have formalised the registration reservation for the first full year of the Degree (60 ECTS) and who have obtained an average mark equal to or higher than 8 in the Baccalaureate. Among all the applications received, the UDIT Scholarships and Study Grants Committee will decide which dossiers are worthy of the Academic Excellence Scholarship. Excellence grants will be awarded to the best students for an amount of up to 25% of the total tuition fees for the academic year. More information in the full terms and conditions.

The University Foundation of Design and Business, UDIT, announces the Solidarity Design Grants with the aim of rewarding those initiatives of future students who contribute to creating a better world thanks to the value of design and new technologies, providing innovative solutions or ideas that solve a problem of society or a specific group.
These grants of up to 30% of the tuition fees are intended to reward and facilitate the incorporation into UDIT of students with a firm commitment to society. To do so, they must present innovative ideas that improve the situation of a group affected by special circumstances and that use design as a transformative tool.

The ESNE University Foundation announces scholarships each year aimed at promoting professions related to the STEAM (Science, Technology, Engineering, Art, and Mathematics) field. These grants, covering up to 30% of tuition fees, are intended for the following degree programs:
• Bachelor’s Degree in Product Design• Bachelor’s Degree in Game Design and Virtual Environments Development
• Software Development Engineering
• Data Engineering and Artificial Intelligence
Applicants must submit an online project presenting an original idea to improve the learning process within the objectives of a specific educational stage.
• Candidates for the Bachelor’s Degree in Product Design should evaluate the improvement of an existing product or present the idea of an innovative element.• Candidates for the Bachelor’s Degree in Game Design and Virtual Environments Development should propose a video game and/or virtual environment that fulfills this objective.
• Candidates for Engineering programs should present the creation or improvement of an application or technological development that serves this purpose. These grants, covering up to 30% of tuition fees, aim to reward and facilitate the enrollment of students at UDIT who have a strong commitment to society. To do so, they must present innovative ideas that help improve the situation of a group affected by special circumstances and use design as a transformative tool.
Complete Scholarship and Aid Guidelines
Grant options (1,200 euros)
The grants may be applied for by incoming students who have formalised the reservation of a place for the first full year of the Degree (60 ECTS) and who live outside the Community of Madrid.
The purpose of the grant is to provide financial assistance to students who live in another autonomous community in order to facilitate the process of moving to Madrid.
Grants of €1,200 will be awarded until the end of the amount awarded for each degree. In any case, you must submit your application for Mobility Assistance before 26 July.

Grants of 25% exemption on the price of the credit enrolled in the postgraduate degree for undergraduate students who decide to continue their studies at the Centre and 20% if they wish to study another degree.

CFGS + HND
HND Registry: The total fee for HND registration is €1,120, which is set by BTEC, the institution that regulates HNDs internationally, the price of which may vary at the discretion of the regulating institution. Payment can be made in a single payment in October or in two instalments: €800 for the first course and €320 for the following course, due on 20 October. The maximum period of validity to pass the qualification will be 5 years.
The HND (Higher National Diploma) is 2 more subjects per course (€160/month). Equivalent to 60 teaching hours.
The CFGS + HND can be paid in two ways:
1. One-off payment. You can make a one-off payment of the full tuition fee in September with a 3% discount (€ 7,362).
2. Monthly payment. Payment of tuition fees in 10 interest-free monthly instalments from September to June, due on the 5th of each month. (€ 759/ month).

02. Scholarships for Higher Level Vocational Training in private centres of the Community of Madrid
Every year, the Community of Madrid announces a series of grants for the study of Higher Level Vocational Training in private educational centres. Deadline for submission of applications: From 6 to 28 July 2022.
The amount of the grant ranges from €3,500 to €5,200. Both first-year and second-year students are eligible (between €1,700 and €2,600 per year). Don’t hesitate to get information and apply for your scholarship, 90% of our students already enjoy it.

01. ACCEDE Grant (2022-2023)
COMPLETE INFORMATION ABOUT THE SCHOLARSHIP
The Accede Grants are aimed at new students enrolled in one of UDIT’s Master’s degrees.
New students who have completed the admission process prior to the registration reservation are eligible to apply for grants.
In order to apply for the scholarship, candidates must submit a letter of motivation to study the degree as well as documents supporting their application: Letters of recommendation, portfolio, diplomas, etc.
Among all the applications received, the UDIT Scholarships and Study Grants Committee will decide whether to grant or refuse the scholarship and the amount, with a maximum of 30% discount on the cost of the course. The committee undertakes to decide on applications within a maximum of 25 working days after admission to the programme. The scholarships will be awarded until the end of the budget allocation.
Applicants may apply for more than one scholarship, but the award of one scholarship is exclusive of the others. The beneficiary will be informed of the deadline for deciding which scholarship to accept.
Failure to pay three monthly payments during an academic year will result in the loss of the Grant and the financial aid granted.
The scholarships of the University Foundation of Design and Business, UDIT, are applied to the amounts of the last monthly payments of the enrolled course.
Participation in this call for entries implies full acceptance of these rules, with any doubts that may arise in their interpretation being resolved by the Jury.
If a student drops out of school, he/she will not be entitled to the grant if he/she resumes his/her studies.
