Dra. Emanuela Mazzone

User experience researcher at Telefónica Digital, where she has previously held the role of interaction designer. Emanuela holds a PhD in Human-Computer Interaction with a thesis on co-design methodologies with children and has worked in multiple R&D projects in Italy, UK and Spain as an expert in usability and user-centred design.
