Pedro Cerisola

Industrial designer from the Universidad Iberoamericana and MFA in product design at the Academy of Art University, San Francisco California, where he specialised in toy design. He worked as a designer at Pottery Barn Kids, developing concepts and illustrations for toys, lighting and decorative accessories. In 2012 he founded Canica Toy Lab, where he was design director and whose collections have been integrated into the Cerisola Studio. He has participated in several seminars and conferences around the world and as a professor at the Instituto Tecnológico y de Estudios Superiores de Monterrey.
Pedro Cerisola’s work is present in the permanent collection of the Museo Universitario de Ciencias UNIVERSUM in Mexico City, MODO (Museo del Objeto). It has been exhibited at Zona Maco, the Museo Rufino Tamayo, the Museo de Arte Moderno in Mexico City, the Museo Nacional de Antropología and the Museo del Diseño Franz Mayer, among other venues; his designs have been published in numerous print and digital media.
