Master in Service and Interaction Design in the University Master in Visual Communication and Multimedia by the IUAV University of Venice.Graduated in Industrial Design by the U IUAV University of Venice.Currently he works as Global Design Lead in the Global Design Team of BBVA Innovation as responsible for the management of design teams, the practical activity of research, ideation and definition, the facilitation of workshops and co-creation sessions with international multidisciplinary teams, and the dissemination and teaching of design in all areas of the company. In parallel, he is responsible for the global community of service designers, creating activities to improve the design culture, connection and debate between the teams in Spain, Peru, Argentina, Mexico, Colombia and the U.S.A. Madrid, Spain.previously he worked as a service designer in the Global UX Team of Telefónica I+D among others.he has been professor of information design at the Faculty of Design and Arts of the IUAV University of Venice, and since 2016 he is part of the faculty of the University Master in user experience for the design of digital products and services of ESNE.
