Graduate in Physical Sciences and Master in Integrative Humanistic CounsellingTeacher of the University Master in User Experience for the Design of Digital Products and Services of ESNE in its 3 editions, she has participated in its definition and implementation from the perspective of the Company.With 27 years of work experience, she began her professional career at Telefónica I+D where she has held various positions of responsibility in different areas of the Company, specialising in the creation and management of teams, in the coordination of projects and in the development and professional growth of her collaborators, and as UX Manager, she has been responsible for the construction, development and management of the User Experience team at Telefónica I+D, a pioneering team in this field in Spain.
