With a degree in Psychology from the UCM, Javier has more than 10 years of experience in research applied to design. His professional career includes companies such as Telefónica or ING and consultancies such as Fjord – Accenture. He naturally alternates between exploratory projects (covering the discovery, conceptualisation and validation phases) and the development and evolution of products and services.
