He holds a PhD in Architecture from the Polytechnic University of Madrid and teaches Interior Design Theory and Aesthetics and Art History on the University Degree in Interior Design. He is the author of the book Oíza, ingenio de diferencias. Essays on architectural composition. Exhibition curator and director of the magazine Varia for the Association of Historians of Architecture and Urbanism. His publishing house (lampreave) and the authors he publishes have received frequent awards and distinctions. The most recent ones: XIV Spanish Architecture and Urbanism Biennial BEAU 2018 Award in the category “Dissemination Book” and COAM 2017 Award for the best publication of the year for La vivienda de lujo en Madrid desde 1900, by architect Daniel Rincón de la Vega, which was also a finalist in the FAD 2017 awards. The most important: PhotoEspaña 2010 Award for the best photography book of the year for Soviet Aviation, by Alexander Rodchenko and Várvara Stepánova.
