Degree in Psychology, specialising in Work Psychology from the Complutense University of Madrid. She has worked professionally, among others, as senior design researcher at BBVA. She is currently working as Design Research Lead and Product Manager in the Digital Home area at Telefónica i+d. With extensive experience in design research in different fields, he currently leads research activities in various areas of innovation. His work focuses on coordinating and executing research in strategic design projects where he translates the results and learnings into decisions that impact product design in the short and long term.
