Núcleo is a proposal for the refurbishment of the former VP Jardín Metropolitano hotel to convert it into an important hotel “nucleus” composed of spaces based on a timeless character, which seeks long-term customer loyalty.
The incorporation of new, contemporary and neutral materials and the renovation of spaces have been taken into account, generating places where light is the protagonist and circulation flows are much more intuitive and easy, thus allowing the user to relax. The common and leisure areas are revalued and the rooms are converted into habitable and welcoming spaces, always taking into account energy efficiency and the environment.
