This project involved the design of a university residence in a building located in Toledo. After carrying out various analyses, all the results were synthesised in order to resolve the spatial difficulties that arose and mainly to achieve user comfort through the rooms, their layout, the materials and their properties.
One of the main objectives was the use of only three materials with which we would try to resolve the rooms despite their different uses, from the cafeteria to the sleeping areas.
All this is carried out with the main objective of satisfying the user’s needs.
