Telecommunications engineer and psychologist. With more than 15 years of professional experience, she has worked with large companies, R&D centres and startups from different sectors, always linked to the world of innovation, design and strategy. She currently works as a product and service designer, covering from research and strategic definition to design and evaluation, without forgetting the internal design work in organisations. She is also the director of a UX/UI master’s degree and a lecturer and mentor in different business and design schools.
