First official degree in Video Games and Virtual Environments in Spain. From the second year on, you will be able to specialize in the branch that interests you most.

The curriculum of the Degree in Design and Development of Video Games and Virtual Environments is divided into 240 ECTS credits divided into 4 courses.

You will be able to complement your university education with our specialized training in Artificial Intelligence, the technology that is revolutionizing the creative industry.
UDIT offers four degrees, from the most basic to the most advanced, in Artificial Intelligence that you can study while pursuing your degree.
Each of them is composed of two subjects of 6 ECTS each, to be taught throughout the academic year, one in the first semester and the other in the second semester. Sou can only take one degree per academic year.
If you decide to pursue all four degrees you will be able to acquire a University Diploma Specialist in Artificial Intelligence.

Yes, all degrees offered at UDIT are official and internationally recognized.
The first step is to request information, you can do it through the web, by phone at 91 555 25 28 or by email: orientación.universitaria@udit.es.
The next step is to perform the level test, whose objective is to know the student’s academic competencies, allowing the detection of reinforcement actions before the beginning of the course.
Once you have taken the test and have been notified of your admission to UDIT, make a registration reservation to guarantee your place for the next course.
Places are awarded on a first-come, first-served basis.
All our Degrees start from scratch, so it is not necessary to take a specific type of baccalaureate. Even so, if you have any doubts, you can consult this article for more information.
It is true that due to the typology of our degrees, it is usually recommended to take a bachelor’s degree in arts or science and technology.
The entrance test aims to better understand the profile of the future student precisely to be able to offer personalized attention and, if necessary, to reinforce any previous skills such as artistic drawing.
Under no circumstances should you be concerned about your previous training when it comes to getting the most out of our careers.
What bachelor’s degree do you need to study Video Game Design?
Of course, by offering you an official degree, you can apply for all public scholarships for this type of degree.
In addition, official scholarships are compatible with our internal study grants. If you have a good academic record or if creativity is part of your DNA, do not hesitate to apply for all of them.

The Degree in Video Game Design and Development at UDIT lasts 4 years, divided into eight semesters. During this time, you will acquire theoretical and practical knowledge, ensuring a comprehensive education.
Unreal and Unity are the engines you will use the most, as well as all those related to image and animation such as ZBrush, 3DsMax, Box2D or Photoshop. You will also learn everything you need to be able to develop video games for mobile, web, triple AAA and games for virtual, augmented or mixed reality glasses.
If you come from the Cycle of 3D Animation, Games and Interactive Environments and want to take the Degree in Design and Development of Video Games and Virtual Environments, a total of 60 credits will be validated.
Remember that if you have any doubts or if you have completed another cycle or university education, you can request your validation study at no cost.
UDIT does not require a cut-off mark to access the University Degree in Video Game Design and Development. However, due to the specificity of these programs, potential students must take their own specific admission tests.
If you come from the Multiplatform Applications Development Cycle (DAM) and want to take the Degree in Design and Development of Video Games and Virtual Environments, a total of 60 credits will be validated.
