TEACHERS

María Medel Rodríguez holds a degree in Art History from the UCM and a diploma in Animation and Cartoon Direction from the ESDIP. Her final year short film “Ruedas, tiritas y piruletas” was selected and screened in more than 30 festivals around the world and was shortlisted for the Goya Awards for Best Animation Short Film in 2011. She has worked as a freelance illustrator, designing characters and backgrounds for several national and international apps. She was Art Director for the animated film “The Cubby House project”. She was in charge of the design of all the characters and sets of the film. She also has her own brand of photopolymer stamps for scrapbooking in Spanish, recognised in the sector. He also designs regularly for other foreign brands.
